So I guess most of you have heard of what has been happening (Alodia *blackmage9 wrote a journal entry about it last night). Basically, Earth Day Jam used (and altered) our picture for their promotional materials without permission.

The promotional materials are all around the Metro right now - websites, tarpaulins, posters, radio and tv commercials.

Earth Day Jam is an environmental concert but that doesn't mean that they can just steal pictures. I hope we can get credited for our work.

So now I'm asking everyone's help. If ever you see any posters, advertisements on TV, or any kind of promotional material related to this event, please take a photo and send them to me at slumberdoll at gmail dot com and if you did, please leave me a note that you have sent it. Thank you very much.

We need your help because we are taking legal action.

P.S. To those who have been twisting stories, shame on you. Please don't saying anything regarding this matter when you are not even a part of it. Second or third-hand accounts aren't accurate.
